We collect only what we need to hand you your order: a name and phone number when you reserve a pickup, and a phone number if you join the Smoke Circle list. We never sell personal information.

What we keep

Pickup orders (name, phone, items) are kept for order fulfilment and compliance record-keeping. Cart contents and store preference live in your own browser, not on our servers.

Age verification

Our website requires 19+ confirmation and valid government ID is checked in store at every pickup, as required by Manitoba law.

Analytics

We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand what customers browse. No advertising trackers.
