Is there really no tax at Smoke City?

Yes. The shelf price is the final price on every product, every day, at both Winnipeg locations. What the tag says is what you pay at the till.

Do you price match?

We price match any licensed local price — bring or show us the price and we match it, and you still skip the tax.

What are your hours?

Downtown (129 Isabel St, Unit C) is open 8:00am to midnight, 7 days a week. St. Vital (1115A St Mary's Rd) is open 10:00am to 11:00pm daily.

How does online pickup work?

Reserve online, pay by Interac e-Transfer to smokecitycannabis@gmail.com or at the counter, and pick up in about 15 minutes. Bring valid government ID (19+).

Do I need to be 19?

Yes — 19+ with valid government ID, checked at pickup, every time. It's the law in Manitoba and we take it seriously.

How much cannabis can I buy?

Manitoba's public possession limit is 30 grams (or equivalent). Our cart tracks your equivalency automatically so you can't overshoot.

Are you licensed?

Yes — LGCA licence 7666-RC-21818 (Downtown) and 7666-RC-25310 (St. Vital), licensed by the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba.

Where do you deliver?

We're click-and-collect: order ahead and pick up in store at Downtown or St. Vital. Downtown is open until midnight for late pickups.
